THCA is a chemically distinct cannabinoid raw material that can convert into Δ9-THC under certain conditions. By purchasing a THCA product from Elementra, the customer confirms that the product will only be purchased, possessed, handled and used in accordance with applicable law and the restrictions described below.
Elementra only enables ordering to destinations that are currently considered eligible for this product. Laws, interpretations and restrictions may change and individual circumstances may differ. The customer remains responsible for confirming that purchase, import, possession, storage and intended use are lawful in the applicable jurisdiction.
Legal age and capacity
I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, or the higher minimum legal age applicable in my jurisdiction, and that I have the legal capacity required to purchase and possess this product.
Compliance with local law
I understand that cannabinoid, hemp, cannabis and controlled substance laws differ between countries and may also be subject to regional rules, administrative interpretation or subsequent regulatory change. I remain responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to my order.
Raw material and non-consumption use
I understand that this product is supplied as a cannabinoid raw material intended for lawful research, analytical, laboratory, formulation, educational or other legally permitted non-consumption purposes. It is not sold as a food, supplement, medicine or finished consumer product.
No intentional conversion to THC
I agree not to deliberately heat, burn, smoke, vape, cook, decarboxylate, chemically modify or otherwise process the product for the purpose of producing, increasing, isolating or obtaining Δ9-THC or another controlled or unlawful substance.
No unlawful manufacturing or distribution
I will not use the product to manufacture, formulate, distribute, resell or supply a controlled or otherwise unlawful product. I will not knowingly provide the material to a person who is not legally permitted to possess or handle it.
No medical or therapeutic claims
I understand that this product is not sold to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Product information provided by Elementra is technical and informational in nature and does not constitute medical, legal or regulatory advice.
Responsibility after dispatch
I accept responsibility for lawful receipt, import, possession, storage and handling of the product after dispatch. This includes compliance with any requirements that apply during transport or after the material reaches its destination.
Order review and refusal
Elementra reserves the right to refuse, cancel or refund an order where there is reasonable concern regarding destination restrictions, legal compliance, intended use, misuse or violation of the restrictions stated in this acknowledgement.
Chemical stability and potential THCA conversion
THCA contains a carboxyl group and can undergo decarboxylation when exposed
to sufficient heat, resulting in the formation of Δ9-THC.
Elementra supplies this material with 0.0% Δ9-THC according to the
applicable batch testing and product specification at the time of release.
Elementra does not intentionally add, create or introduce Δ9-THC into the
product.
After dispatch, transport and storage conditions are no longer fully controlled
by Elementra. Unexpected exposure to elevated temperatures during carrier
transportation, sorting, customs handling, temporary storage or other
circumstances could theoretically cause limited decarboxylation.
Consequently, trace quantities of Δ9-THC could potentially develop after
dispatch even when no Δ9-THC was detected in the material at release.
The customer acknowledges that Elementra cannot guarantee that the chemical
composition of a temperature-sensitive raw material will remain completely
unchanged following uncontrolled transport, storage or handling.
Completing the purchase constitutes confirmation of these conditions.
