2. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases, use of the website and communication with Elementra. By placing an order, creating an account or using the platform, the customer agrees to these terms.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirement

Customers must be 18 years or older to place an order or create an account. Elementra reserves the right to refuse service if age verification is deemed insufficient.

4. Sales Territory and Legal Responsibility

Elementra sells and ships exclusively within the European Union and only to regions where products are considered legally permitted at the time of offering. Customers remain fully responsible for verifying local regulations before purchasing. Elementra cannot be held liable for legal changes, regional restrictions or personal misuse of products.

5. Product Nature and Intended Use

All products are sold as raw materials, components or formulation supplies. They are not marketed or intended as finished consumer goods, food products or medical products. Elementra does not provide medical advice or usage instructions for restricted applications. The final use, handling and application of purchased materials remain entirely the responsibility of the customer.

6. Custom Blends

Custom blends are made to order and are non refundable once production has started. Elementra reserves the right to refuse or modify custom blend requests based on safety considerations, material availability or feasibility. If a request is refused, a refund or alternative formulation may be discussed.

7. Product Information and COAs

Certificates of Analysis, documentation and product descriptions are provided for informational transparency. Batch compositions may show minor variations due to natural and production differences. All products are tested to remain below applicable legal THC thresholds and are certified as compliant with the ISO 9001:2015 quality standard through verified suppliers or testing partners. COAs are not guarantees of specific outcomes or performance results.

8. Pricing and Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe, CoinGate or direct bank transfer where available. Available payment methods may vary by country and currency. Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 24 business hours. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination and carrier conditions. Elementra is responsible for dispatch and ensuring shipment to the customer. Once the tracking status confirms delivered, the delivery is considered completed. If a customer claims non receipt after confirmed delivery, resolution must be pursued with the shipping carrier.

10. Returns and Withdrawal Rights

Customers within the European Union are entitled to a 14 day withdrawal period, except in the following cases: custom blends, opened or used products, hygiene sensitive or sealed items once opened, and products altered after delivery. Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

11. Accounts and Communication

Elementra reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of misuse, fraud, abusive behavior or violation of these terms. The integrated messaging system is provided for legitimate communication only. Spam, harassment or unlawful use may result in account restrictions.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, graphics, product images, texts and design elements are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, distribution or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.

13. Liability Limitation

Elementra provides materials and documentation to the best of its knowledge and verification capabilities. Elementra shall not be liable for indirect damages, misuse of products, incorrect handling or outcomes resulting from personal application.

14. Force Majeure

Elementra shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, transport disruptions, customs inspections, pandemics, strikes or regulatory changes.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes shall be handled under Dutch jurisdiction.

16. Amendments

Elementra reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of the most recent version.
