THCH, or tetrahydrocannabihexol, is a molecular homologue of THC distinguished by a six carbon alkyl side chain. This structural difference may influence how the molecule interacts with the cannabinoid receptors CB1 and CB2. Available research on THCH itself remains limited, so its exact receptor affinity, activity and pharmacological profile have not yet been conclusively established.
