Advantages
Chemically stable
Excellent compatibility with cannabinoids and terpenes
Displaces oxygen to reduce oxidation
Leaves no residue
Generally lower cost than argon
Disadvantages
Less chemically inert than argon
Lighter than argon, it mixes more easily with oxygen instead of fully displacing it
